Hat size only applies to true fitted caps sold in exact sizes (the Decky 402). Stretch-fit caps use S/M or L/XL sizing above; snapbacks and strapbacks adjust.

Artwork tips
Best files: PNG with a transparent background, a high-res JPG, a PDF, or a vector file (SVG, AI or EPS).Simple and bold stitches best. Thick lines and solid shapes look sharpest in thread.Tiny text under about ¼ inch (0.25 in) tall may not stitch cleanly. We'll tell you if yours needs a tweak.Low-resolution file? If your file is low-resolution, we may recommend art cleanup. Clear, high-resolution art of exactly what you want stitched avoids the cleanup fee (see the examples under Art cleanup).Not sure?
