Simple, per-cap pricing
Front logo up to 8,000 stitches, cap included. No minimum, and a free proof before we stitch.

Your tier counts every item in the order (caps + beanies). Digitizing is $25 per design, waived at 24+ items, and charged once even if the same design goes on caps and beanies. Beanies take a front/cuff design only: no 3D puff or extra spots. Cuffed: folded band, logo stitched on the cuff. Uncuffed: slouchier fit, logo stitched on the front.

Cap style adjustments follow the cost of each blank, compared with the Richardson 112. Value styles: Yupoong 6006 & 6606, Valucap VC300A and the Gelante 2800 & 1832 dad hats −$3; Yupoong 6089M, 6245CM & 6245PT and the ANYROPE Madhouse AR6CFB −$2. Base price (like the 112): Flexfit 6277 and Richardson 585. Premium styles: Richardson 256 & 632, Zapped XL caps and the ANYROPE Lux AR6LUX +$2; Richardson 112PFP camo +$3. Youth caps: Richardson 112Y, Flexfit 6277Y and the Zapped Youth Osprey flat bill base price; Decky 7011 youth flat bill −$2; Port & Company YCP80 and Valucap VC300Y −$3. ANYROPE rope caps include one rope of your choice. Custom-spec caps: price confirmed with your proof.

- Zapped XL BLACKHAWK & OSPREY: 62 cm to the 2nd snap, about 4 cm roomier than a standard snapback. +$2/cap
- Flexfit 6277 stretch-fit: S/M, L/XL and XL/2XL sizes (XL/2XL in Black, Dark Grey, Dark Navy, Navy).

Stitched sample proof
Your digital proof is always free. Want a real stitched cap first? We'll send you a photo before the full run. It's covered by your 50% deposit, which is due before the sample is stitched.
Shipping or free pickup
Live USPS or UPS rates in the order builder, or free local pickup in the Lubbock, TX area. We'll text/email the pickup spot when it's ready.
Turnaround
3–4 weeks after you approve the proof. Need it sooner? Rush production is available for an additional 30% of your order subtotal, subject to schedule availability. We'll confirm your rush date with your proof.
If it's not stitched right, we'll make it right.
Payment
How payment works
- Request & free proof. Nothing is due when you send your request.
- Approve the proof, then pay the 50% deposit invoice.
- Deposit received: you'll get a confirmation email and your order moves into production.
- We stitch your order, 3–4 weeks after proof approval (or sooner with rush).
- Pay the balance (plus shipping, if selected) before it ships or is picked up.
A 50% deposit is required to begin every order. Once you approve your free digital proof, we'll send an invoice for the deposit, which secures your spot in the production schedule and covers sourcing your blank caps and materials. Production begins once the deposit is received. Once your deposit is received, you'll get a confirmation email and your order moves into production. The remaining balance (plus shipping, if selected) is due when your order is complete, before it ships or is picked up. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered. Fitted caps are sized to an exact hat size (e.g. 7 1/4) for the individual wearer and cannot be resold, so orders that include fitted caps require payment in full before production begins.
